1 Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to mcuci. This Terms and Conditions document ("Terms") constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and mcuci ("Platform", "we", or "us"). By accessing, registering, logging in, or using any service provided by mcuci, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms set out in this document.

These Terms take effect from 1 January 2026 and supersede all previous versions. mcuci reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure you remain informed of the latest applicable terms.

2 Membership Eligibility

To register and use the mcuci service, you must fully meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged 18 years and above at the time of registration — this is an absolute requirement that cannot be waived.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• Not an employee, immediate family member of an employee, or contractor directly involved in mcuci operations.
• Not residing in a territory or jurisdiction that specifically prohibits participation in online gambling activities.
• Registering for personal use only, not on behalf of any third party or business entity.

Mcuci reserves the right to request proof of age or identity at any time as part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process. Failure to provide the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

3 Registration and Account Management

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account only on the mcuci platform. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation of these Terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all accumulated balances and bonuses.

During registration, you must provide complete, accurate, and current information. This includes your full name as per your identification document, an active phone number, a valid email address, and accurate financial details. False or misleading information is grounds for immediate account closure.

• Your username and password are your personal responsibility — do not share them with anyone.
• Notify mcuci immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Mcuci will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or any other channel.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Financial Transactions

Mcuci supports a wide range of payment methods popular in Malaysia, including online banking (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, and others), e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay), and cryptocurrency. All transactions are processed through licensed and secure payment gateways.

Minimum deposit is RM10 and processing is instant for most methods. The minimum withdrawal is RM50 and will be processed within the stated timeframe according to your chosen method. All withdrawals are subject to standard security review.

• Withdrawal methods must be consistent with or match the deposit method used.
• Mcuci reserves the right to request supporting documents (KYC) before approving withdrawals that exceed a certain limit.
• Transactions suspected of involving money laundering will be reported to the relevant authorities.
• Mcuci is not liable for any losses resulting from delays or errors caused by your bank or third-party payment providers.

5 Bonuses, Promotions and Rollover Terms

Rollover requirements (wagering requirements) must be fully met before any withdrawal from a bonus balance can be processed. For example, a bonus with a 5x rollover means the total deposit plus bonus must be wagered 5 times before a withdrawal is permitted.

• Each bonus may only be claimed once unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses cannot be combined unless a specific promotion explicitly allows it.

8 Account Closure and Suspension

Mcuci reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if there is evidence or strong reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or a threat to the integrity of the platform. In such cases, all balances linked to fraudulent activity may be confiscated.

You may also close your account at any time by contacting the mcuci support team. Before closure, ensure all bonus conditions and rollover requirements have been met, and any eligible balance has been withdrawn. Any remaining balance in an account closed at the user's request will be refunded within the stipulated timeframe via the original deposit method.

9 Privacy and Data Protection

Mcuci respects the privacy of every member and is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Information you provide during registration and use of the platform is collected and processed solely for service operations, identity verification, fraud prevention, and account-related communications.

10 Liability Limits and Disclaimer

The mcuci service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, mcuci disclaims all implied warranties regarding the suitability, accuracy, or reliability of the platform for any particular purpose. mcuci is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.

This includes but is not limited to: financial losses resulting from game outcomes, service disruptions due to maintenance or technical failures, or losses arising from the use of inaccurate information. mcuci's maximum liability under any circumstance is limited to the amount of your last verified deposit.

11 Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws applicable to mcuci's operations. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between both parties.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, both parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable arbitration rules. The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.

12 Terms Amendment

Mcuci reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Material amendments will be communicated via in-platform notifications or email to your registered address at least 7 days before taking effect, unless the amendment is required by urgent legal or security necessity.

Continued use of the mcuci platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you disagree with the amendment, you have the right to close your account and withdraw any remaining balance before the amendment takes effect.
